Zooming in on the BeNeLuxA coalition, this latest report from the European Public Health Alliance analyses the multi-layered cooperation, looks at the progress achieved so far and tries to foresee the challenges and opportunities along the way for these alliances in Europe.

The paper concludes that when all parties share the same information, whether or not, in the end, multiple governments will carry out joint price negotiations becomes a secondary issue.
